1. Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use this Site, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
2. What we do
- Pages use semantic headings, landmarks and labelled form fields.
- All functions, including the cookie banner and checkout, work with a keyboard.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Text and buttons are designed with sufficient colour contrast.
- The background video can be paused, and animations are reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
3. Known limitations
Some decorative animations come from the design system the Site is built on and may not be fully controllable in older browsers. Stripe's checkout page and the video call platforms are provided by third parties and follow their own accessibility standards.
