How do the calls work?
Every call is a live, one-to-one video meeting of 60 minutes on Google Meet or Zoom. Before the first call you fill in a short questionnaire and we review your website, so we can spend the time on decisions rather than discovery. After each call you get a written summary with the next steps.
What happens after I pay?
You get a payment receipt from Stripe straight away. Within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday) we email you from support@outgriid.com with a link to book your first call and the questionnaire. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder or write to us.
Do you do the work for me?
No. Our packages are consulting: we review, advise, prioritise and check your work. You or your team make the changes, and you keep full control of your accounts and data. If you need hands-on implementation, we can tell you what to look for in a freelancer or agency.
Can you guarantee rankings, traffic or sales?
No one honest can. Results depend on your market, your competitors, platform changes and how the plan is carried out. What we do promise is a clear, prioritised plan and straight answers on every call. See our Disclaimer.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once for a package of calls. There is no monthly fee and nothing renews automatically. If you want more calls later, you can buy another package.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule for free with at least 24 hours' notice. A call missed without notice counts as used, although we allow one courtesy exception per package. The full rules are in our Service Delivery Policy.
What is your refund policy?
You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no call has taken place. On the Growth Sprint and Growth Partner packages, if you decide not to continue after your first call, tell us within 48 hours and we refund the calls you have not used. Details in our Refund Policy.
